Custom software
Software built around how your company already works
Instead of forcing your team to adapt to off-the-shelf software, we build the system around the process you already use — the one currently living in spreadsheets, notebooks and group chats.
If any of this sounds familiar
Signs the spreadsheet stopped coping
Information is scattered: some in a spreadsheet, some on paper, some in chat, some in one person's head.
Two people edit the same file and nobody knows which version is current.
You pay per user for software you barely use a fifth of.
Every report is assembled by hand and eats hours nobody has.
When someone is off or leaves, their part of the process stops because only they knew it.
You find out about problems only after they've already cost money.
What we can build
Systems we've built for companies
Customer and sales tracking
Every contact, quote and negotiation in one place, with history and follow-up reminders. Nobody falls through the cracks.
Orders and service tickets
From order to delivery, with a status everyone can see and customers can check themselves.
Scheduling and online booking
Customers book from their phone and get automatic reminders, so your front desk stops answering calls all day.
Inventory and purchasing
Stock in, stock out and low-stock alerts. You stop discovering shortages at the worst moment.
A dashboard of your numbers
Revenue, open items and key figures on one screen, updating on their own. No more hand-built reports.
Customer portal
A space where your clients reach contracts, orders, invoices and history without calling anyone.
Automation of repetitive work
The thing someone copies from one place to another every week starts happening by itself.
Connects to what you already use
Talks to messaging, email, invoicing, payment providers and the spreadsheets you don't want to give up.
Control over who sees what
Each person sees only what they need. Sensitive data isn't left open to the whole company.
The Brazilian landscape
Most companies still run everything by hand
of small business owners in Brazil use the internet daily — your customers are already online looking.
of small businesses still sell only from a physical location. Moving online early means less competition.
use any management software. Most still run the business on spreadsheets, paper and memory.
How it works
From problem to running system
- 1
Understand how you work today
1 to 2 conversationsWe sit with the people who run the process, not just the people who manage it. Operators know where it actually jams.
- 2
Define scope and price
3 to 5 daysYou get in writing what the system will do, what's deliberately left for later, the cost and the timeline.
- 3
First useful version
3 to 6 weeksWe start with the part that removes the biggest pain. You use that version for real while the rest is built.
- 4
Refine with real usage
ongoingYour team uses it, flags what annoys them, we fix it. Real use decides the details, not the planning meeting.
- 5
Team training
1 to 2 daysWe train whoever will use it, with recorded material for people who join later. Software nobody can use is worthless.
- 6
Support and evolution
30 days includedThe first month of adjustments is included. After that, you decide whether to keep evolving it or leave it as is.
FAQ
What people usually ask
Questions
Custom costs more upfront and less over time. Off-the-shelf usually charges per user every month, forever, and grows as your team grows. Custom is paid once and it's yours. The math typically turns in favour of custom between year two and year three — and we run that comparison with your real numbers before you decide. If off-the-shelf is better for your case, we'll say so.
The first version that solves the main pain usually takes 3 to 6 weeks. We deliberately don't ship everything at once: it's better for you to start using the most important part early than to wait months for a complete system nobody has tested.
That's expected, and figuring it out is our job. We talk to the people running the process day to day, watch how it works now and turn that into a written scope. You don't need to arrive with anything but the problems that bother you.
The system is yours, including the source code and the data. If you ever want to move it to another development team, you can. We don't use anything that locks you to us, and we never charge you to export your own data.
In most cases yes. Invoicing, payment providers, messaging, email and spreadsheets usually have integrations available. In the first conversation we go through your tools one by one and tell you plainly what's possible and what isn't.
There is no per-user charge. There is a server cost, usually small, which you can pay directly to the provider. Monthly maintenance is optional, for continuous improvement, and cancellable at any time.
The first 30 days of fixes are included. After that, anything broken by something we built is still fixed at no cost — our fault never becomes a billable service. What is billable is new functionality.
It's worth it when a process eats many hours a week or causes errors that cost money. If it's only file organisation, a cheap off-the-shelf tool solves it, and we'll tell you that rather than sell you a project. If the numbers don't work for you, we don't take the job.
Tell us which process is holding your company back
In a 30 minute call we'll understand the problem and tell you honestly whether custom software is worth it or a simpler solution will do.
