Yes. You get a simple panel to change text, photos, prices and add pages on your own. At handover we record a call showing exactly how, so you can rewatch it whenever you need. Editing your own content is never charged.
You own it. The domain is registered in your name, the content is yours, and we hand over the source code if you ask. We don't lock anyone in: if you ever want to move to another developer, you can.

But nobody honest guarantees a first position, because Google decides, and it also depends on your industry's competition and on publishing consistently.
